Moe Alahmad, assistant professor with UNL's Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction, leads a multi-disciplinary student team in developing an interactive real-time monitor and controller (RTMC) system to influence user behavior to reduce energy waste. At a gathering of collegiate innovations in Washington, D.C., UNL's I-SAVE project won an Honorable Mention award.
